Initiate Request

Pack the Items
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached before placing it back into its original sustainable packaging.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a confirmation receipt upon handover.
Quality Check and Refund
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
